Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving a reason. The 30-day period begins on the day you, or someone you designate other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision to cancel. You can email NVRONA at info@nvrona.com or use our return form. Using the form is optional. To meet the deadline, send your notice before the 30-day period ends.

How we issue your refund

If you cancel, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the original cost of standard delivery. We will do so without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. If you chose a delivery method that cost more than the least expensive standard delivery we offered, we will not refund that additional cost.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge you a fee for the refund. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or you provide proof that you sent them back, whichever happens first.

Sending items back

Send or hand the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you are canceling. You meet this deadline if you send them before the 14 days are up.

You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We do not reimburse that cost. We will give you the return address when you register your return or contact our support team.

Where possible, return the goods unworn, clean, complete and in their original packaging. This helps us process your return promptly. It is not a condition for exercising your right to cancel.

Loss in value

You are responsible for any loss in the value of the goods only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and how they work.

Exceptions to the right to cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to your individual selection or specifications, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

It also does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal was removed after delivery.
