Shipping policy

Shipping to the United States

We ship U.S. orders with UPS tracking. The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days.

We cover U.S. import duties. No additional import fees are due on delivery when you receive your order.

Shipping to Europe and the United Kingdom

Shipping costs €3.49 per order. Shipping is free on orders of €149 or more.

For Switzerland, we cover customs duties and import charges. For the United Kingdom, we handle customs clearance and cover customs duties and import charges. No additional import fees are due on delivery.

Estimated delivery times

• Netherlands: 2–4 business days
• Germany, Austria, other EU countries and Switzerland: 6–8 business days
• United Kingdom and United States: 6–10 business days

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Public holidays, strikes or carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery times.

Tracking

We use insured shipping with tracking. European orders ship with DHL. We email your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Return shipping

Customers in Germany, other EU countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States pay the cost of return shipping. No customs duties apply to returns from Switzerland.

Undeliverable or refused deliveries

If you have not notified us that you are canceling your order and you refuse delivery, do not accept the shipment or do not collect it from the carrier within the specified period after an attempted delivery, we treat the order as a return.

In that case, we reserve the right to deduct the actual outbound and return shipping costs from the refund. For international shipments, including those to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, we may also deduct import duties, customs or handling fees if they arose because the shipment was refused or not collected.
